Founder & Managing Partner
For over 15 years, I’ve been drawn to the challenge of solving complex business problems with emerging technologies. My career has been shaped by a deep curiosity for how data, automation, and AI can transform industries—not just in theory, but in real-world applications that drive measurable results.

That curiosity started early. I was the kid who always grabbed the sports page—back when the newspaper was the go-to source for scores, standings, and analysis. I wasn’t just looking at the final score; I wanted to understand the how and why my team won or lost. I searched for patterns in stats, percentages, and player performance, trying to find the deeper connections that influenced the game.

That same mindset I used breaking down complex problems, identifying trends, and using data to drive better decisions, became the foundation of my career. Early in my career at IBM, I worked with predictive analytics, helping businesses unlock insights from their data, long before AI became a widely recognized strategy. These early experiences showed me the power of data-driven decision-making, but also the challenges companies faced in adopting new technologies effectively.

As Big Data gained traction, I moved into a leadership role at a startup specializing in Hadoop and large-scale data processing. It was here that I saw the emergence of AI and Machine Learning as they transitioned from research concepts to business-critical tools. Companies were no longer just collecting vast amounts of data they were learning how to use it to optimize operations, predict trends, and make smarter decisions.

My journey then led me to ERP solutions, where I worked closely with distribution companies of all sizes from small businesses looking to gain efficiency to large companies undergoing full-scale digital transformation. The challenge wasn’t just selecting & implementing software; it was ensuring organizations could streamline workflows, improve operational visibility, and integrate data-driven decision-making into daily activities.

Now, as AI reshapes industries, I see it as one of the most significant paradigm shifts of our time. AI isn’t just changing how businesses operate, it’s changing how they think, adapt, and grow. But adopting AI is more than just implementing a tool; it requires navigating the noise, aligning technology with real business challenges, and ensuring that innovation translates into impact. That’s where my passion lies in helping organizations bridge the gap between AI’s potential and practical, results-driven execution.

When I’m not working with businesses to harness technology, you’ll likely find me competing in 5Ks and 10Ks around Chicago, taking on Hyrox events, or coaching youth soccer. I also enjoy traveling with my family and spending time on the golf course, always seeking out the next challenge whether in business or beyond.​
